Garlic

  • 2 heads garlic
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Cooking Instructions

  • Cut off the top of the head of garlic, exposing the cloves. Drizzle olive oil over the garlic heads, wrap in foil, and air fry at 380°F/193°C for 25 mins. Let cool in the air fryer for about 5-10 minutes.
  • Remove softened cloves from the skin using a knife or spoon, or squeeze them out. Refrigerate for up to 4 days or freeze for up to six months if not using immediately.

Notes

Roasted garlic will keep in the fridge for up to 4 days in an airtight container. To freeze roasted garlic, simply place the cloves in a freezer-safe bag or container and store in the freezer for up to six months.
