  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1.25 cups Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Powder

  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon

  • 2 pieces Eggs
  • 0.5 cups Melted Butter

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin tins with cupcake liners.
  • In a medium sized bowl mix dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt).
  • Add milk and eggs one at a time.
  • Add melted butter, vanilla and stir.
  • Fold in diced apples.
  • Pour batter into muffin tins and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top.
  • Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
