Ingredients
  

Dough Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter softened/unsalted
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups flour all purpose
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Blueberry Addition

  • 2 cups blueberries fresh, tossed in 1 tablespoon flour

Instructions
 

Baking Steps

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease 2 loaf pans (9x5).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter, cream cheese, and sugar.
  • Add in the vanilla extract and eggs.
  • Slowly add in the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Once combined, carefully fold in the fresh blueberries.
  • Pour batter into the prepared pans evenly.
  • Place into preheated oven and bake for about 50 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean once inserted in center of bread.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool slightly before removing from pan and slicing!

Notes

For best results, ensure butter and cream cheese are softened before mixing.
