Ingredients
  

Brownie Base

  • 1 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Decoration

  • 1 cup chocolate ganache for topping
  • 1 cup edible glitter

Instructions
 

Making the Brownies

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in flour, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Remove from the oven and allow to cool on a cooling rack.

Decorating the Brownies

  • Once cooled, cut the brownies into small squares.
  • Top each square with chocolate ganache and sprinkle with edible glitter.

Notes

These can be made in advance and served at room temperature. Perfect for parties or gatherings.
