- 4 slices stale bread preferably pane di Altamura
- 15 pieces juicy cherry tomatoes use cluster or coeur de boeuf tomatoes
- 1 clove fresh garlic
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil must be first cold pressed
Preparation
Lightly grill the slices of bread until golden on the outside and soft on the inside.
Optionally, rub a bit of fresh garlic on top.
In a bowl, cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters or small cubes.
Season with Guérande salt and sprinkle with oregano.
