Bread and Toppings

  • 4 slices stale bread preferably pane di Altamura
  • 15 pieces juicy cherry tomatoes use cluster or coeur de boeuf tomatoes
  • 1 clove fresh garlic
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil must be first cold pressed

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Lightly grill the slices of bread until golden on the outside and soft on the inside.
  • Optionally, rub a bit of fresh garlic on top.
  • In a bowl, cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters or small cubes.
  • Season with Guérande salt and sprinkle with oregano.
