Ingredients
  

Dough Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour For the naan dough
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons Yogurt Plain yogurt
  • ¾ cup Warm water
  • 2 tablespoons Butter Melted, for brushing

Instructions
 

Making the Naan

  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.
  • Add yogurt and warm water to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  • Cover the dough and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  • Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll each into a circle.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each naan for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  • Brush each naan with melted butter before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with your choice of curry or dip.
