Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs separated
  • 3 tablespoon cream cheese or Greek yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt

Optional Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder for savory flair
  • 1 tablespoon grated parmesan for texture
  • everything bagel seasoning for topping

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Separate the egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
  • To the yolks, add cream cheese, baking powder, and salt, mixing until smooth.
  • Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture.
  • Scoop the mixture into 6–8 rounds on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes until golden and puffy.
  • Cool for 5–10 minutes before moving.

Notes

Avoid mixing too aggressively to keep the batter fluffy. Use parchment to prevent sticking.
