Main Ingredients

  • 12 oz Cranberries Fresh or frozen, drained if frozen.
  • 2 medium Jalapeños Deseeded and diced.
  • ¼ cup Cilantro Fresh.
  • 2 stalks Green Onions
  • ¼ cup Sugar Granulated or your favorite substitute.
  • 2 tablespoon Lime Juice Fresh or store-bought.
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened.

Preparation

  • Place the cranberries, jalapeño pieces, cilantro, and green onion into a food processor.
  • Pulse for a few seconds, then scrape the sides and pulse again.
  • Add the sugar, lime juice, and salt and pulse for 2 to 3 more seconds.
  • Refrigerate for 10 to 20 minutes.
  • Beat the cream cheese for a few minutes with a hand mixer until nice and fluffy.
  • Spread the cream cheese on a plate.
  • Spoon the cranberry dip over the cream cheese and serve with crackers or chips.

Notes

Adjust the number of jalapeños based on your spice preference. Whipping the cream cheese makes it lighter and easier to spread.
