Ingredients
  

Raspberry Gummy Worms

  • 2 3-ounce package raspberry jello
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 3 cups boiling water
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • a few drops green gel food coloring americolor gel coloring in leaf green
  • 100-125 flexible straws

Chocolate Pecan Cookies

  • 4 tablespoons softened butter
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon instant espresso powder
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ large egg whisk and remove 1 tablespoon to measure out
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ¾ cup all purpose flour
  • ¼ cup dutch processed cocoa powder
  • cup pecan pieces

Dark Chocolate Mousse

  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup espresso or coffee
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • pinch salt
  • 6 ounces dark chocolate

Chocolate Whipped Cream

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons dutch processed cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon sugar

Instructions
 

Raspberry Gummy Worms

  • Mix raspberry jello and unflavored gelatin in a bowl. Add boiling water and stir until dissolved. Stir in heavy cream and food coloring.
  • Pour mixture into flexible straws and chill in the refrigerator until set.

Chocolate Pecan Cookies

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a bowl, cream together butter and sugar. Add salt, baking powder, espresso powder, cinnamon, egg, and vanilla. Mix until combined.
  • Gradually mix in flour, cocoa powder, and pecans until a dough forms.
  • Form dough into balls and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

Dark Chocolate Mousse

  • Melt dark chocolate in a double boiler. In a separate bowl, whisk together egg yolks, coffee, sugar, and salt.
  • Slowly combine melted chocolate with the egg mixture. Fold in whipped heavy cream.
  • Chill the mousse for at least 2 hours before serving.

Chocolate Whipped Cream

  • In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add cocoa powder and sugar while continuing to whip.
  • Serve whipped cream over chocolate mousse.
