  • 2 large sweet apples Honeycrisp, fuji, gala, or red delicious are great choices.
  • 1 cup blackberries Can be substituted with other berries like strawberries or blueberries.
  • 1 cup red seedless grapes Can be substituted with any color grapes.

Nuts

  • ½ cup chopped pecans Can be substituted with walnuts.

Dressing

  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup Can be substituted with honey, but not vegan.
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon Can be substituted with pumpkin pie spice or chai spice.
  • 1 whole orange Use zest and juice for the dressing.

Preparation

  • Zest your orange, then juice it into a bowl.
  • Add cinnamon and maple syrup and whisk until incorporated.
