Sauce Ingredients
- 4 tablespoon Melted Unsalted Butter
- 0.5 teaspoon Dried Pepper Flakes
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley chopped
Preparation Steps
Preheat oven to 500℉.
Cut through the top shell of the lobster all the way until the last segment of the tail with a kitchen scissor.
Carefully open apart of the shell. Starting from the top, pull out the meat from the shell by keeping it attached at the base. Fold back the shell then lay the meat on top.
In a small mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients for the sauce then brush it on top of each lobster tail.
