Frozen Meatballs

  • 36 ounces frozen cooked bite-size Italian meatballs do not thaw

Instructions

Cooking Instructions

  • Place frozen meatballs, chili sauce, and grape jelly in a slow cooker. Stir to combine and coat the meatballs with sauce.
  • Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 to 2.5 hours or LOW for 3 to 4 hours until heated through and sauce thickens.
  • For a thicker sauce, uncover and set to high for the last 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • If serving from the slow cooker, turn to the warm setting. Otherwise, transfer meatballs to a serving dish and garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

For a smokier flavor, swap chili sauce with the same amount of barbecue sauce. For a faster version, cook everything in a large pot on medium-low for about 25 minutes. Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 4 days.
