Equipment

  • mixing bowl
  • Cutting board
  • knife

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • teaspoon garlic powder
  • 4 pieces burrito-sized wraps or tortillas
  • 8 ounces Smithfield Smoked Ham 1 package
  • ½ head green leaf lettuce

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, stir together cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayo, chives, Dijon, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth. Make sure everything is thoroughly combined.
  • Place one wrap down on a cutting board. Place ¼ of the cheese mixture on the wrap and spread out evenly over the whole thing.
  • Place 2 slices of Smithfield Prime Fresh Smoked Ham on the cheese mixture, centered with straight edges touching in the center.
  • Add a layer of lettuce over the ham slices, leaving some cheese mixture visible on either side.
  • Starting on one cheese edge, roll the wrap into a log shape, snug but not too tight.
  • Place the wrap, seam side down on a plate. Repeat with the other 3 wraps and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Take the roll ups out of the fridge, cut off the edges, then cut them into 8 slices. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.

Notes

Sun-dried tomato basil wraps, spinach wraps, and flour tortillas work great for these roll ups.
