  • Hand mixer
  • spatula
  • serving bowl

Ingredients

Cake Base

  • 2 cartons Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes (vanilla)
  • 8 oz Cream cheese (softened)
  • cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 small container Frozen whipped cream topping (thawed)
  • Red & green sprinkles (for garnish)
  • Cookies, pretzels, graham crackers, etc. (for dipping)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Unwrap all the Christmas tree cakes, and set one aside for garnish.
  • Roughly chop the unwrapped cakes into cubes, then add them to a mixing bowl. Also add the cream cheese, milk, and vanilla extract. Using a hand mixer, whip them all together until the mixture's smooth.
  • Using a spatula, fold in the thawed whipped topping until evenly combined.
  • Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, cover, and refrigerate to chill.
  • When ready to serve, remove from the fridge, uncover, and top with red & green sprinkles.
  • Serve with a variety of dipping options, such as graham crackers, cookies, pretzels, and even fresh fruit.

Notes

You can switch the flavor by using chocolate tree cakes. Ensure the whipped cream topping is thawed prior to use. Let the cream cheese soften before making this. For a stronger cake flavor, use an extra half box of cakes. Chopping the trees before adding them to the mixing bowl is important for a smoother texture.
