Maple Dijon Glaze
- 2 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoon pure maple syrup
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt

Cooking Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375 F.
Place your salmon on a parchment lined baking sheet and pat it dry. Season with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix together the dijon, maple, olive oil, herbs, salt and garlic. Pour it over the salmon.
Bake for about 15-18 minutes. Timing will depend on the thickness of the salmon. The salmon should flake easily with a fork when ready.
Top with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice when serving.
