Ingredients
  

Lettuce and Vegetables

  • 1 head romaine lettuce or 2 hearts
  • 5 pieces green onions chopped
  • 1 bunch fresh dill chopped

Dressing

  • cup extra virgin olive oil link to purchase
  • 1 large lemon juiced (about 3 Tbsp)
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt link to purchase
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper

Cheese

  • 4 oz feta cheese crumbled

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Thinly slice your lettuce and rinse in very cold water. Spin dry in a salad spinner.
  • In a separate bowl (or in a mason jar), combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Whisk or shake up until well blended.
  • Add the lettuce, green onion/scallion, dill, and feta.
  • When ready to serve, drizzle the dressing over the salad and use tongs to thoroughly toss the salad with the dressing.

Notes

Cover and store the salad and the dressing separately in the fridge for up to 4 hours. Best eaten immediately after dressing.
