  • ¼ cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon Erythritol or your favorite keto sweetener
  • ½ teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Cooking

  • Butter or coconut oil For cooking

Preparation Steps

  • In a bowl, mix almond flour, erythritol, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another bowl, beat eggs, add almond milk and vanilla extract.
  • Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until smooth.

Cooking Steps

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat with butter or coconut oil.
  • Pour about ¼ cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.

Serving Steps

  • Stack the pancakes on a plate and generously drizzle with Walden Farms syrup. Optionally, add fresh berries or a sprinkle of almond flour for garnish.
