Ingredients
  

Wet Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs beaten
  • 16 oz pumpkin not pumpkin pie filling, I use Libby's canned
  • 1.5 cups sugar
  • 1 cup cooking oil

Dry Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour all purpose
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon

Frosting

  • 1 can cream cheese frosting or homemade

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Combine eggs, pumpkin, sugar and oil in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add in dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  • Spread batter onto an ungreased 15x10x1 inch baking pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for about 25-30 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool completely.
  • Once cool, spread cream cheese frosting on top and enjoy!
