Gravy and Toppings

  • 3 cups sausage gravy See associated sausage gravy recipe
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza crust Store-bought
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 Tablespoon oil or butter for cooking eggs
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Spread raw pizza crust on greased baking sheet.
  • Bake empty crust for 8 minutes and remove.
  • Meanwhile, make scrambled eggs. Whisk eggs in a bowl and cook in a skillet over medium heat, stirring often until scrambled.
  • If needed, make your sausage gravy now.
  • Top the baked crust with gravy, scrambled eggs, and cheese.
  • Bake for 6-7 minutes. Slice into squares and enjoy!

Notes

Homemade sausage gravy works best for this pizza, but you can use store-bought or prepared white gravy if short on time. Feel free to customize cheeses and toppings as desired.
