Ingredients
  

Egg Salad Filling

  • 6 large hard boiled eggs peeled and chopped
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ teaspoon Sriracha seasoning

Wrap Assembly

  • 2 10 inch tortilla wraps

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Peel the hard-boiled eggs and place them in a bowl.
  • Using a knife, roughly chop the eggs and add the seasoning and mayonnaise. Mix to combine.
  • Place the lettuce leaves on the tortilla wraps.
  • Spread the egg filling evenly between the two tortillas.
  • Spread and roll the tortillas tightly.
