Ingredients
  

  • 3 ounce strawberry Jell-O mix
  • ½ cup boiling water
  • 20 ounce can pineapple chunks or tidbits drained very, very well
  • 1 cup finely diced fresh strawberries
  • 4 ounces whipped topping (Cool Whip) thawed
  • ½ cup marshmallow creme or fluff
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, stir together the strawberry Jell-O mix, boiling water, pineapple chunks or tidbits, and finely diced fresh strawberries.
  • Then gently stir in the whipped topping (Cool Whip), marshmallow creme or fluff, and mini marshmallows.
  • Cover and chill for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator to set up.
  • Serve with extra strawberries on top, if preferred.
