Ingredients
  

  • 2 fillets salmon
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 large garlic clove pressed
  • cup honey
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt or to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven at 356°F / 180°C in natural convection mode. Meanwhile, place your salmon fillets in a baking dish or a large baking sheet.
  • Rub your salmon with Old Bay seasoning.
  • In a small mixing bowl, stir together melted butter, garlic, honey, lemon juice, salt and black pepper. Pour the mixture over the salmon fillets.
  • Garnish with fresh lemon slices and bake for 12-16 minutes, until totally opaque. Finally garnish with parsley (or other fresh herbs) and a few fresh lemon zests.

Notes

Store leftover salmon in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Reheat in the microwave to avoid overcooking. Freeze in a freezer bag once cold, label with recipe name and date. Defrost in the fridge for 8 to 24 hours.
