Meatball Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup bread crumbs Italian seasoned works best
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parsley fresh, chopped

Sauce Ingredients

  • 2 cups tomato sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon basil

Instructions
 

Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
  • While the meatballs are baking, heat the tomato sauce in a saucepan and add oregano and basil.
  • Serve meatballs with sauce on top.

Notes

These turkey meatballs can be served with spaghetti or as a meatball sub. Great for meal prep!
